Greek Girl Shop uses USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. We ship all in stock merchandise within 2-3 business days. Please be aware we require 5-7 additional business days for custom orders to be produced. These products include rings, necklaces, and iPhone cases. All orders are shipped from Orange County, California. Processing and delivery times are for business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Of course we do our best to ship all merchandise as soon as possible. With each order we include a delivery confirmation number which we have on file. Upon shipment, you will receive a email with your delivery confirmation number to track your package. Please note we are not responsible for item(s) if USPS has verified delivery.

Our return policies vary depending on the type of item you’d like to return. All custom products such as license plate frames, phone cases, and keychains are final sale.  There is a $7.00 restocking fee to exchange a ring for an alternate size.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@greekgirlshop.com.
