  • Q. Are you licensed to sell to sororities?
    A. Yes, we are licensed with the greek licensing system.
     
  • Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? 
    A. Yes we do. Greek Girl Shop provides savings for chapters ordering as a group.  Savings range from 5%-40% off.
     
  • Q. I am looking for a specific sorority that I don’t see. Can you make custom items not shown?
    A. Yes, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you and your sorority.
     
  • Q. How should I properly store and care for my jewelry?
    A. Care for your Greek Girl jewelry just like you would your fine jewelry. Store it somewhere safe when not in use, and when wearing your jewelry, be sure to avoid hairspray, perfume and other liquids that might damage the luster.
     
  • Q. How secure is this store?
    A. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
     
  • Q. How will my merchandise be shipped? 
    A. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Flat Rate.  Shoppers are given two options before checking out.  Our processing time varies depending on the product.  Please read the processing time information available on the product page. 
     
  • Q. Can I cancel an order once it’s placed?
    A. No, online orders are processed promptly the next business day. Rush orders and orders placed over the phone are processed immediately. If you’d like to revise your order please email us at info@greekgirlshop.com
     
  • Q. Can you visit our chapter house for members interested in buying Greek Girl Shop products?
    A. We do bring merchandise to chapter houses so your members can easily shop. This service is limited to chapters in Southern California at this time. Please email or call us if you are interested in this service
